Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Because our products are instantly delivered digital downloads, we rely on the honor system for our guarantee rather than requiring proof of non-use. We trust our customers, and in turn we ask that the guarantee be used in good faith.
If you accidentally purchased the same bundle twice, or purchased a bundle that is already included in a category bundle you own, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate charge promptly — this does not count against the standard 30-day window discussion above and is handled immediately upon verification.
This 30-day guarantee is offered to all customers regardless of location, including those in the European Union and United Kingdom, and is intended to meet or exceed standard consumer protection expectations for digital content purchases.
